How it works:
Drag nodes from the left palette onto the canvas
Connect nodes by clicking the output port (right side) then the input port (left side) of the target
Double-click any node to open its configuration panel with IVR-specific detail
Prompt Table auto-generates a reference table of all prompts with IDs
Test Plan maps every route through the flow as a test case, with pass/fail tracking and CSV/text export
CX Simulator turns each test case into a readable System/Customer transcript, so you can see the experience the customer actually gets
Export/Import saves your design as JSON for version control or sharing
Node types: Play Prompt, Recognition (intents/utterances), Integration (API calls), Branch (conditions), Transfer, AI Agent, Agent Tool, Guardrail, Policy Check.
Your designs are saved in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server.
