IVR Design Tool

A free, purpose-built visual designer for IVR and agentic self-service experiences. Built for VUI designers and conversation architects — not generic diagramming.

How it works:

• Drag nodes from the left palette onto the canvas
• Connect nodes by clicking the output port (right side) then the input port (left side) of the target
• Double-click any node to open its configuration panel with IVR-specific detail
• Prompt Table auto-generates a reference table of all prompts with IDs
• Test Plan maps every route through the flow as a test case, with pass/fail tracking and CSV/text export
• CX Simulator turns each test case into a readable System/Customer transcript, so you can see the experience the customer actually gets
• Project Info captures the purpose, audience, channels, and out-of-scope — the first thing to document for any agentic experience
• Docs Pack exports a structured Markdown specification covering the seven documentation artifacts (purpose & scope, instructions, tool contracts, guardrails, knowledge sources, context & handoff, and an eval seed set)
• Export/Import saves your design as JSON for version control or sharing

Node types: Play Prompt, Recognition (intents/utterances), Integration (API calls), Branch (conditions), Transfer, AI Agent, Agent Tool (full contract: typed parameters, limits, error behaviour), Guardrail (input/output, detection method, enforcement), Policy Check, and Knowledge Source.
